When was the last time you truly allowed yourself to play? Not as entertainment, not as distraction โ but as a genuine way to learn, connect, and create? Play-Full: The Common Play Ground is an Erasmus+ youth exchange bringing together 35 young people from 7 European countries for a week of non-formal learning through play at Balatonalmรกdi, on the shores of Lake Balaton in Hungary.
๐ฏ About the Project
This youth exchange explores play not just as an activity, but as a powerful educational tool. Through non-formal learning experiences, participants engage with different dimensions of play โ structured and rule-based, performative and expressive, nature-based and adventurous, and free-flowing. The project is organised by Puentes Hungary in partnership with organisations from Croatia, Greece, Italy, Romania, Slovakia, and Spain.

๐ก The Venue
The exchange takes place at a former Jesuit monastery operating as a Cultural Center in Balatonalmรกdi โ a lively holiday town on the northern shore of Lake Balaton, 100km southwest of Budapest.
๐๏ธ Rooms of 3โ5 people, mixed by nationality and separated by gender โ each equipped with shower and toilet

๐ฅ Absolutely delicious vegetarian food throughout the programme
โ๏ธ Travel & Reimbursement
Maximum travel reimbursement per country:
๐ถ Croatia and Slovakia โ โฌ285 (green transportation required)
๐ถ Italy and Romania โ โฌ309 / โฌ417 (green transportation strongly recommended)
๐ถ Greece and Spain โ โฌ309

๐ค Who Should Apply
This exchange is for young people aged 18โ26 from Hungary, Italy, Romania, and Slovakia (citizens and residents can apply). Each partner country sends 4 participants + 1 group leader (no age limit for leaders).
โ ๏ธ Partners from Croatia, Greece, and Spain use their own application process โ contact the respective partner organisations directly.
Priority at selection is given to applicants who express genuine motivation to take an active role throughout all project phases โ from preparation to dissemination.
