Their work spans global solidarity initiatives, capacity-building for international partners, and volunteer-based humanitarian activities. As an ESC volunteer, you’ll be embedded inside this operation โ contributing to real project coordination, communication, and outreach work in a genuinely multicultural environment.
๐ฏ The Role
This is a hands-on, project-facing placement that combines communication, coordination, and capacity-building tasks. You’ll be working directly with candidates and partners, supporting project documentation, and contributing to Mondo’s outreach and training activities.
๐ Responsibilities
๐ง Assist in communication with candidates for Mondo’s programmes
๐๏ธ Support the organisation of interviews and trainings
๐ Support project coordination tasks โ reporting and documentation
๐ฃ Contribute to outreach activities and visibility efforts
๐ Support the development of capacity-building initiatives for international partners
๐ค Gain hands-on experience in international cooperation and project work
๐ What the Project Provides
๐ Suitable accommodation near the hosting organisation โ shared apartment or hostel with essential furnishings. Rooms may be private or shared depending on availability, with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities
๐ถ โฌ5 per day pocket money plus โฌ7 per day food allowance โ volunteers manage their own meals
โ๏ธ International travel reimbursed based on the set ESC travel budget
๐ Task-related local transport covered in full
๐ Participation in the ESC training cycle organised by the Estonian National Agency, focusing on personal development and intercultural learning
๐ฅพ EstYES organises hikes and social activities for volunteers throughout the service period
