As an ESC volunteer, you’ll be embedded inside this operation — contributing to real project coordination, communication, and outreach work in a genuinely multicultural environment.

🎯 The Role

This is a hands-on, project-facing placement that combines communication, coordination, and capacity-building tasks. You’ll be working directly with candidates and partners, supporting project documentation, and contributing to Mondo’s outreach and training activities.

📋 Responsibilities

📧 Assist in communication with candidates for Mondo’s programmes

🗓️ Support the organisation of interviews and trainings

📋 Support project coordination tasks — reporting and documentation

📣 Contribute to outreach activities and visibility efforts

🌍 Support the development of capacity-building initiatives for international partners

🤝 Gain hands-on experience in international cooperation and project work

🎁 What the Project Provides

🏠 Suitable accommodation near the hosting organisation — shared apartment or hostel with essential furnishings. Rooms may be private or shared depending on availability, with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities

💶 €5 per day pocket money plus €7 per day food allowance — volunteers manage their own meals

✈️ International travel reimbursed based on the set ESC travel budget

🚌 Task-related local transport covered in full

📚 Participation in the ESC training cycle organised by the Estonian National Agency, focusing on personal development and intercultural learning

🥾 EstYES organises hikes and social activities for volunteers throughout the service period
