Are you a young person, youth worker, or youth organisation with an idea for a youth participation or solidarity project โ and ready to turn it into reality? You can join the Impact Factory, an Erasmus+ project lab taking place in Salzburg, Austria, where participants will receive step-by-step support in developing their own project ideas for Erasmus+ Youth Participation Activities and European Solidarity Corps Solidarity Projects. Whether you already have a concrete plan or are simply looking for inspiration, this training โ conducted entirely in German โ will guide you through programme principles, funding opportunities, and practical project development tools. Climate justice is a special focus of this edition, but all project ideas that engage young people and support their active participation in democracy and society are warmly welcome.
What Will You Do During the Training?

๐Engage with all programme priorities โ inclusion, digital transformation, environment, and democratic participation โ with a special focus on climate justice

๐ ๏ธReceive step-by-step support in developing your own project idea and translating it into a concrete application for funding
๐กLearn from real-life project examples โ selected project leaders will present their best practices from the field
๐งฐGet to know practical tools supporting inclusion, participation, and sustainability in youth projects

Accommodation, Food & Travel
๐จAccommodation and food costs are covered by the host National Agency โ the organising NA takes care of lodging and meals for the duration of the training

๐กYou already have a project idea, a concrete plan, or are simply looking for inspiration โ all levels of readiness are welcome
๐ฉ๐ชYou have a solid command of German โ the entire training is conducted in German and participation requires the ability to follow and engage in German throughout
