Accommodation, Food & Travel

๐ŸกYou will stay at Sadauskลณ Sodyba โ€” a beautiful homestead surrounded by Lithuanian nature in the Kaunas district, in shared rooms of 3 to 4 persons
๐Ÿฝ๏ธAll accommodation, food, and local transportation costs are covered by the host organisation โ€” if you have any dietary requirements or allergies, note them in the application form
๐Ÿ’ถThere is no participation fee for this training course
โœˆ๏ธTravel costs are reimbursed following Erasmus+ programme rules using the EU distance calculator (destination: Antalkiai) โ€” please check the infopack for full details
๐ŸŒฑGreen travel is strongly encouraged โ€” if you travel by low-emission transport (bus, train, or car-pooling), you can receive additional reimbursement of up to โ‚ฌ130 for extra travel days (accommodation up to โ‚ฌ70 and food up to โ‚ฌ60)
๐ŸšŒFrom Kaunas bus station, take bus no. 153, 154, or 170 and get off at the "Antalkiai" stop โ€” the venue is a 5-minute walk from there
๐Ÿ›ก๏ธPlease bring all original travel documents for reimbursement โ€” only fiscal receipts are accepted; taxi costs are only reimbursed for late arrivals or early departures when public transport is unavailable

๐ŸŒฑYou have little or no prior experience in climate change and sustainability topics โ€” this training is designed to be accessible for beginners
๐Ÿš€You are motivated to enhance your professional competencies and bring sustainability principles into your daily work with young people
๐ŸŒYou are a citizen or resident of an Erasmus+ Programme country, Eastern Partnership country, or Western Balkan country
๐ŸขYou are connected to an organisation with an Erasmus+ OID number that will act as your sending organisation and support your learning outcomes
๐Ÿ“…You are not participating in another Erasmus+ long-term project during the training period
๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธYou have a good command of English and are able to participate in the full programme
๐Ÿ‘ฅTo keep the group balanced, no more than 3 participants will be selected from one country
