๐จOvernight accommodation is fully covered for international participants and those travelling from outside Sofia โ participants from Sofia are not eligible for accommodation coverage
โ๏ธTransportation costs for international participants are covered by their respective National Agency โ please contact your NA before applying to confirm whether travel costs will be supported
โ ๏ธTransportation costs for participants from Bulgaria are not covered โ additional overnight stays beyond the official programme are also not covered
๐ถThe participation fee varies by country and is financed by the participating National Agencies โ contact your NA or SALTO to find out the fee applicable to participants from your country
Training & Learning
๐Every participant is entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate to formally recognise their competence development during the activity
๐A Certificate of Participation from Green Transition Forum will also be awarded to all attendees
๐No prior experience is required โ this forum is open to young people at all stages of their personal and professional development
๐ฌRecordings and resources from all sessions will be made available to participants after the event
Participant Profile
๐งโ๐คโ๐งYou are a young leader, student, or entrepreneur aged 16 to 30 from an Erasmus+ Youth Programme country
๐๏ธYou may also be a Higher Education Institution representative including international relations officers, mobility coordinators, or digital officers supporting Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) and ESCI integration
๐ผYouth workers, trainers, youth leaders, youth project managers, youth policy makers, coaches, and researchers are all welcome to apply
๐ฃ๏ธYou are able to follow sessions and engage in English throughout the forum
