Are you a youth worker, trainer, or project manager looking to strengthen your leadership and teamwork skills in digital project environments? You can join a free 5-week online course as part of the DigiSkill virtual exchange programme, co-funded by the European Commission and delivered in partnership with organisations from Sweden, Portugal, Czechia, Uganda, Nigeria, and Ghana. Each Thursday you will dive into essential topics including modern leadership models, digital team dynamics, communication, conflict resolution, and Agile project management. The course is free, fully online, open to participants worldwide, and comes with a Youthpass certificate upon completion.
