This ESC volunteering opportunity takes place in Porto, Portugal, where volunteers will support the organization and coordination of national events within the Erasmus Student Network community.
The role of Events Assistant focuses on helping ensure the successful planning and execution of national activities while contributing to the operational development of the ESN network.
Volunteers will gain valuable experience in event management, coordination, logistics and project follow-up, while working within an international youth organization environment.

Supporting the organization of national events and activities
๐ Assisting with logistics management including venues, transport and scheduling
๐ Liaising with local ESN sections to coordinate event requirements
๐ Preparing follow-up reports and documentation
๐ Analyzing participant feedback after events
๐ฉ Managing event registrations and internal communication flows
๐ Supporting administrative processes related to development projects
This role offers practical experience in project coordination and large-scale youth event organization.

๐ค Participant Profile
The project is looking for volunteers who are:
๐ฃ Fluent in written and spoken English
๐ป Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
๐ Organized and detail-oriented
๐ง Reliable and capable of managing tasks independently
๐ค Strong team players with proactive problem-solving skills
Previous experience within the Erasmus Student Network is considered a significant advantage, but it is not mandatory.
