๐ European Solidarity Corps Volunteering Opportunity
This ESC volunteering project takes place in Niฤde, Tรผrkiye, where volunteers will contribute to youth development and community engagement activities.
The main goal of the project is to bring a European dimension to local youth work, expand opportunities for young people and strengthen youth information and participation activities.
Volunteers will actively participate in community initiatives, youth activities and educational projects while gaining international volunteering experience.

๐ Adding a European dimension to local volunteering activities
๐ข Improving the quality of youth information and youth engagement activities
๐ค Creating new opportunities for young people through international cooperation
โ๏ธ Promoting equal opportunities and social inclusion
๐ฌ Fighting discrimination against women, youth and people with disabilities
๐ฉโ๐ป Volunteer Activities
๐ฃ Organizing English Speaking Club activities (and optionally in their own language)
๐ฑ Creating social media content for the organisationโs English learning platforms
๐จ Designing and implementing personal initiatives or workshops in areas such as arts, sustainability, books or film clubs
๐ Participating in social responsibility activities and community projects
Volunteers are encouraged to develop their own ideas and initiatives during the project.

๐ Accommodation, Food & Transport
๐ก Accommodation provided in a shared volunteer apartment
๐ The apartment is located around 15 minutes by bus from the office
๐ฝ Food, accommodation and local transport are covered by the project
The host organisation ensures safe and comfortable living conditions for volunteers.
๐ Training and Support
Before departure volunteers will receive pre-departure training from supporting organisations.
Upon arrival volunteers will participate in:
๐ On-arrival orientation training
๐ Signing of the volunteer agreement
๐ฅ Introduction to project tasks and organisational structure
The training also covers crisis management, project expectations and volunteer rights and responsibilities.

The organisation is looking for volunteers who are:

๐ค Able to work in multicultural teams
๐ฌ Strong in communication and teamwork
๐ Open to learning new skills and experiences
