🎯 Focus: Equipping youth workers with skills to address racism, xenophobia, and youth participation holistically for social change.
🔍 About the Training
This program is designed for youth workers passionate about countering racism and xenophobia while fostering youth engagement and social justice. Through creative and systemic methods, participants will explore power dynamics, norms, and stereotypes and develop anti-racist strategies for their work with young people.
Highlights:
- 🌟 Address rising xenophobia and its impact on youth participation.
- 🛠️ Develop tools to implement anti-racist projects.
- 🗣️ Reflect on power dynamics and your role as a youth worker.
🎯 Who Can Apply?
- Youth workers aged 18+.
- At least 6 months of experience working with young people.
- Experience with youth from diverse social backgrounds is a plus.
- Open to reflecting on personal biases, stereotypes, and roles in promoting inclusion.
