The European Forum of Young Leaders is a large-scale international forum bringing together youth workers, youth leaders, project managers, and youth policy actors who are actively engaged in promoting youth participation, active citizenship, and European values across Europe and neighbouring regions.

The forum takes place in Gdynia, Poland, within the framework of European Youth Week 2026, a special edition celebrating 30 years of volunteering in Europe and highlighting the importance of Solidarity and Fairness in todayโ€™s societies.

This is not just another conference. It is a space for real exchange, reflection, and action, where young leaders meet to shape the future together.
