📌 Training Course Overview
“Today’s Choices: Career UP” is an international Erasmus+ Training Course designed for youth workers and professionals active in non-formal education who support young people in personal development, decision-making, and career orientation. The course responds to the increasing uncertainty young people face when navigating career paths in a fast-changing social and labour-market context.
Career guidance is approached not as a one-time decision, but as a continuous and evolving life process connected to self-awareness, values, competences, and external influences. The training focuses on empowering youth workers to guide young people realistically, ethically, and without pressure.
