๐ŸŒ About the Training Course
From IKIGAI to Action Youth Employability and Social Impact is an Erasmus+ Training Course designed for youth workers and people active in youth work who want to turn purpose into action. The course uses the IKIGAI frameworkas a practical tool to connect passions, skills, values, and social impact in youth work settings.

This training approaches employability not only as access to jobs, but as a lifelong process linked to meaning, motivation, resilience, and social responsibility. Participants explore how to support young people in designing sustainable and values-based career paths through non-formal education.
