Vibe Check is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange bringing together young people to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves and others. Hosted in the mountain town of Rokytnice nad Jizerou, Czechia, the project focuses on wellbeing, self-fulfillment, and the components of a fulfilled life. Through non-formal education, creative expression, group reflection, and intercultural exchange, participants explore what it means to feel balanced, confident, and connected in today’s world. The exchange creates a safe and inspiring environment that supports personal growth, emotional awareness, and a strong sense of belonging.

🏠 Stay at Lípy – Chata pod Lipami in shared rooms (3–5 people), gender-separated
🍽️ Three meals per day provided

✈️ Travel, accommodation, and food covered by Erasmus+
💶 €50 refundable deposit required to confirm participation
🧳 Travel organised by the coordinating organisation via group meeting points
