Youth workers are increasingly the first people young people turn to when they're overwhelmed, anxious or struggling to name what they feel โ€” but few have a shared, practical toolkit for holding those conversations. Wellness Navigators is a series of six free online webinars built exactly for that: youth workers, educators, trainers and facilitators exploring how to support young people's emotional and social well-being. Youth Works Hub gathers free, funded learning like this in one place, and this one runs entirely online with a single registration, so here is everything the organisers shared.

What Wellness Navigators Is

๐Ÿง  Wellness Navigators is a series of six free online webinars for youth workers, educators, trainers, facilitators and anyone interested in supporting the emotional and social well-being of young people.

๐Ÿงญ Running from September 2026 to February 2027, the series explores practical approaches to well-being through the four dimensions of the Wellness Compass: Body, Mind, Emotions and Connection.

๐ŸŒฑ Each webinar combines accessible theory with practical tools, reflection and experiential activities usable both for personal development and in educational work with young people โ€” covering emotional awareness and regulation, connection and empathy, body-based practices, play and joy, and everyday strategies for strengthening resilience.

The Bigger Project

๐Ÿ“‡ The webinars are part of the Wellness Navigators Erasmus+ KA2 project, which develops practical educational resources โ€” including a toolkit and a 36-card deck โ€” to help young people recognise their needs, understand their emotional and bodily signals, build healthier relationships and navigate everyday challenges with more awareness and choice. The consortium is coordinated by Mudita Foundation (Poland) with partners Promesas (Spain) and Agrado (Italy).
