It’s one of the most exciting parts of the Erasmus+ Programme, designed for young people aged 13–30 who want to explore, learn, and connect across borders. 💫🤝

🎬 What Happens in a Youth Exchange?
During a Youth Exchange, groups of young people from different countries meet in one host country for 5–21 days. 🗓️
They take part in fun and educational non-formal activities, such as:
🎨 Creative workshops (art, music, theatre, photography)
🌿 Environmental & sustainability projects
💻 Digital storytelling and media sessions
🧭 Outdoor games and team challenges
💬 Cultural nights and local visits
All activities are designed by and for young people — with guidance from experienced youth leaders. 🌍✨
🌍 Who Can Participate?
Youth Exchanges are open to:
👩🎓 Young people aged 13–30
👥 Group leaders aged 18+
🏢 Youth organisations, NGOs, and informal groups
No language requirements, no academic grades — just motivation, curiosity, and openness! 💫
