GO Alive, a youth-focused non-profit in Kozani, Greece, working with EU projects, is looking for an EU Project Writer Intern to help research, develop and write project proposals for EU funding programmes. This is a 3-month, full-time (35 hours per week) Erasmus+ traineeship contributing to the successful implementation of Erasmus+ and other international initiatives. About the Role
As an EU Project Writer Intern, you assist in researching, developing and writing project proposals for EU funding programmes, contributing directly to the delivery of Erasmus+ and other international initiatives run by a youth NGO in northern Greece.
Your Key Responsibilities
🔎 Research funding opportunities and project calls under Erasmus+, the European Solidarity Corps and other EU programmes.
✍️ Assist in writing, editing and structuring grant proposals and project applications.
📊 Support the development of project budgets, work plans and impact strategies.
📑 Prepare reports, documentation and presentations for project submissions and meetings.
🤝 Contribute to coordination and communication with international partners.
📣 Assist in project dissemination by preparing newsletters, blog articles and social media content.

Who Can Apply
The placement suits students or recent graduates at short-cycle (EQF 5) up to Master (EQF 7) level who have a passion for European projects, youth work and non-formal education, strong English writing and research skills (additional languages are a plus), and the ability to analyse and summarise complex information. Experience with project writing or EU programmes is preferred but not required. This placement can host candidates who do not require an additional work visa (EU/EEA residents or those with existing residency).
