TheViPgroup, a Poland-based tech company driving digital transformation through AI, CleanTech and SaaS solutions, is looking for a system-oriented MLOps & AI Infrastructure Intern in Krakow. Over 6 months, full-time, you will bridge the gap between machine learning development and live production operations, automating model deployments, managing cloud resources and keeping AI architectures running efficiently, reliably and securely. The internship is open to Erasmus+ students and Polish university candidates, and the application deadline is 31 August 2026.
About the Role
This is not a theoretical placement. You will actively work on automating model deployments, managing cloud resources and ensuring the company's AI systems run efficiently and securely in production, sitting right at the point where machine learning meets real operations.
Your Core Responsibilities
๐ฆ Model deployment and containerization: package machine learning models and applications using Docker to guarantee seamless environment consistency across edge servers.
๐ CI/CD pipeline automation: architect and maintain automated integration and deployment pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) for rapid iteration.
๐ System monitoring: deploy tracking, logging and monitoring systems to evaluate live model latency, system resource economics and data drift.
โ๏ธ Infrastructure management: manage and optimise GPU/CPU allocations across cloud services (AWS, GCP or Azure) to balance peak performance with cost efficiency.
๐๏ธ Pipeline versioning: implement version control for datasets and models (using DVC or MLflow) to ensure a fully reproducible ML lifecycle.

Who You Are
๐ A Bachelor (EQF 6) or Master (EQF 7) student, or recent graduate, in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related technical field.
๐ง A solid foundational understanding of Linux environments, the command line and Bash scripting.
๐ณ Practical knowledge of Docker (Kubernetes is a strong differentiator).
๐ง Familiarity with Python, Git, code versioning and cloud platforms.
Eligibility and Visa Support
The company can host international candidates and will provide the necessary documentation (a signed Learning Agreement and invitation letter). You can apply through one of two tracks:
๐ International Track: you are eligible to apply for and receive the Erasmus+ Traineeship grant from your university.
๐ต๐ฑ Domestic Track: you are a student or recent graduate of a Polish university applying for a 3-month intensive practical placement (praktyki studenckie / praktyki absolwenckie).
