About the Project

Join Stowarzyszenie EDUQ in Lębork, Poland and take the lead in empowering others through education! 🇵🇱✨

The “Lead and Teach” project invites motivated young volunteers to become community educators — inspiring children, youth, and adults through creative and interactive learning. You’ll organize workshops, lead learning sessions, and help build a culture of inclusion and lifelong education in the local community.

This opportunity combines youth work, creativity, and non-formal learning, allowing you to explore your potential as a facilitator, mentor, and changemaker.
