• 🏫 School Outreach: Collaborate with teachers to run interactive workshops and group activities for local students.
• 🌳 Outdoor Excursions: Lead hikes, boat tours & mountain trips to connect youth with nature and boost wellbeing.
• 🎲 Outdoor Games & Team-Building: Design and facilitate creative games that strengthen community bonds.
• 💡 Idea Implementation: Pitch and run your own mini-projects—shape the programme with your vision!
• 🤝 Group Dynamics Support: Work closely with the Spirit of Adventure team to foster personal development in a group setting.

• Training: Three official sessions (pre-departure, on-arrival, mid-term), plus possible Latvian language classes 🎓
