Ready to enhance your skills in international youth work and promote equitable cooperation in the Euro Mediterranean region? 🚀🌟 The FAIR – Capacity Development of Youth Organizations Erasmus+ Training Course, hosted by Giosef Torino, invites 24 youth workers from Erasmus+ Programme countries and Southern Mediterranean countries to Alpignano (Torino), Italy, from 26 September to 4 October 2025! 📚 Build competencies, explore intercultural dynamics, and create tools for fair partnerships! 🤝🌱

📝 What Will You Do?

• 🎯 Deepen understanding of EuroMed cooperation & its geopolitical context 📖
• 💡 Promote value-based youth work focused on equity & fairness 🌍
• 🗳️ Develop skills for intercultural collaboration & inclusive partnerships 🤝
• 🌐 Explore practical tools to support fair cooperation in youth projects 🛠️
• 🤗 Contribute to a Value Book, Competence Model, & Training Module for EuroMed youth work 📋
• 📜 Earn a Youthpass certificate to showcase your learning 🚀

📖 Key Objectives

• Enhance youth workers’ capacity for EuroMed collaboration.
• Foster awareness of value-based, inclusive youth work.
• Develop tools & competencies for fair partnerships.
• Support youth organizations’ capacity within EU programs.
• Increase access to international mobility for young people.

🏠 Where Will You Stay?

• 📍 Cascina Govean, an environmental education center & hostel in Alpignano (near Torino), Italy 🏡
• 🛏️ Shared rooms (3 people, bunk beds, private bathrooms; no single rooms) 🛌
• 🍽️ Meals covered (halal meat available, not daily) from dinner on 26 September to breakfast on 4 October 🥗
• ✈️ Travel reimbursed (up to €400 for non-EU, €300 for EU; €100 for visa/insurance, €200 for Palestinian travel to Amman) 🚌
• ♿ Venue is accessible for people with disabilities 🧑‍♿
• ⚠️ Keep all receipts & boarding passes for reimbursement 📑
