🎯 Ideal Participant Profile
✔️ 18+ years old
✔️ Active in youth work, education, community or mental health
✔️ Comfortable communicating in English
✔️ Open to holistic, embodied, and experiential learning
✔️ Motivated to apply new methods within their own work
