And a proptech startup using AI to deliver floor plans to real estate professionals around the world. CubiCasa is looking for an Erasmus+ SEO and Content Creation intern to join their marketing team in Finland — a hands-on role covering everything from blog writing and keyword research to PR outreach and backlinking strategy.

📋 Your Responsibilities

📰 PR writing — craft proposals for journalists to be published in major real estate outlets

🔗 Off-page backlinking — collaborate with SEO managers, find link inclusion opportunities, and maintain the database

✍️ Content creation — blog posts, articles, website content, social media posts, and other marketing materials

🔍 SEO optimisation — keyword research and best practices to optimise content for search engines

📝 Editing and proofreading — ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency

📊 Content strategy — collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies aligned with company goals

📈 Analytics and reporting — monitor website traffic and content performance, provide insights

🧠 Research — stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and SEO best practices

✅ Your Profile

🎓 Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field

✍️ Exceptional writing and editing skills in English

🔍 Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices

💻 Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress

📊 Proficiency in SEO tools — Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs — is a plus

🌐 Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus

🎨 Creativity and a passion for storytelling

💡 Eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
