๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ Erasmus+ Partnership Building Activity in Spain ๐Ÿค MOMA 2nd Edition ๐ŸŒ Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation Hub, Barcelona ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ
Are you a project coordinator, director, or international cooperation manager working within the Erasmus+ Youth mobility ecosystem โ€” and looking to build stronger, more strategic partnerships with accredited organisations across Europe and beyond? MOMA 2nd Edition is a Partnership Building Activity (PBA) in Barcelona dedicated entirely to connecting organisations holding or preparing for Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation (KA150), as well as partner country organisations interested in cooperation. Through non-formal education methods, interactive workshops, structured networking, and city visits, participants will exchange practical experience, explore collaboration opportunities, and develop concrete ideas for future Erasmus+ projects. No participation fee. Board, lodging, and travel reimbursement covered. Deadline: 5 April 2026.
๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ Did You Know? Barcelona is consistently ranked as one of the top cities in Europe for innovation, youth work, and social entrepreneurship. The city’s innovation district โ€” 22@Barcelona โ€” is one of the most ambitious urban transformation projects in the EU, converting a former industrial area into a hub for technology, creativity, and social impact organisations. Participants at MOMA 2nd Edition will have the chance to visit this district as part of the programme.

What Will You Do?

๐ŸคConnect with accredited organisations, organisations preparing for accreditation, and partner country organisations in a structured, purpose-built networking environment โ€” no vague matchmaking, only serious cooperation interest
๐Ÿ’กExchange practical experience and good practices related to Erasmus+ mobility implementation โ€” learning from decision-makers and practitioners who are actively running KA1 and KA2 projects
๐Ÿ—บ๏ธExplore concrete collaboration opportunities and develop initial ideas for future Erasmus+ projects โ€” KA1, KA2, and other funding streams
๐Ÿ™๏ธParticipate in 2โ€“3 city visits within Barcelona โ€” including a cultural activity and a visit to the city’s innovation district โ€” to discover relevant actors in Barcelona’s youth work ecosystem
๐Ÿ“‹Work in sessions running from 10:00โ€“13:30 and 15:30 onwards โ€” with some optional afternoon activities giving space for informal partner meetings and independent project work
๐ŸŽ“Receive a Youthpass certificate upon completion โ€” officially recognising the competences developed during the activity
๐Ÿ’ก Did You Know? The Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation (KA150) was introduced to give youth organisations a simplified, long-term pathway for implementing mobility activities โ€” replacing the need to write individual project applications for each activity. Accredited organisations can implement youth exchanges, volunteering, and youth worker training activities under a single multi-year accreditation. MOMA is the only dedicated networking event in Europe specifically designed to connect these accredited organisations with each other and with potential new partners.

Who Can Apply?

๐Ÿ›๏ธOrganisations holding Erasmus+ Youth Accreditation (KA150) that are already implementing or planning mobility activities within their Erasmus+ strategy
๐Ÿ“‹Organisations preparing to apply for Youth Accreditation who want to better understand the system, learn from experienced organisations, and build their first partnerships
๐ŸŒOrganisations from Erasmus+ Partner Countries that cannot directly apply for Youth Accreditation but can participate as partners in Erasmus+ projects
๐Ÿ‘คPriority is given to organisations that send a representative with decision-making capacity โ€” project coordinators, directors, or international cooperation managers are strongly preferred
๐ŸŽฏRecommended profiles: youth workers, trainers, youth project managers, youth coaches, and youth researchers
