🌍 EU Careers Student Ambassadors 🎓 Promote EU Career Opportunities at Your University — 2026/2027 Academic Year 🌍
Are you a university student, an EU citizen, enthusiastic about the European Union, and looking to build real work experience, public speaking skills, and a pan-European network — all while still studying? EPSO, the European Personnel Selection Office, is inviting students to become EU Careers Student Ambassadors for the 2026/2027 academic year. As an ambassador, you will represent EU career opportunities on your campus, organise events and presentations, maintain an online presence, and act as the go-to contact for fellow students interested in working for EU institutions. In return, you will receive full induction training, coaching, the chance to meet high-ranking EU officials, and a reference letter based on your performance. Application deadline: 18 March 2026.
🏛️ Did You Know? EPSO — the European Personnel Selection Office — runs one of the most competitive recruitment processes in the world. Each year, tens of thousands of candidates from across the EU apply for a limited number of positions in EU institutions. EU Careers Student Ambassadors are often among the best-prepared candidates when they later apply themselves, having spent a full year inside the process.
What Will You Do as an Ambassador?
📣Act as the primary point of contact for students at your university who are interested in EU career opportunities — answering questions and providing up-to-date information on EU jobs
🎤Give presentations, attend university career fairs, and help bring interesting speakers to your campus to raise awareness of EU institutional careers
📱Maintain an active online and social media presence to promote EU career opportunities among your student community
📋Set up mailing lists, research target student groups, and distribute information about EU jobs through the most appropriate channels on your campus
🌐Build and develop a university-level network connected to the broader EU Careers Ambassador network across Europe
📊Keep a log of your activities, report back to your EU Careers coordinator regularly, and participate in all online training activities provided by EPSO

Who Can Apply?
🌍You are an EU citizen currently enrolled at a participating university
🗣️You are fluent in English and in the language of the country in which you are studying
📅You will be enrolled and present at your university for the full duration of the ambassador post — October 2026 to September 2027
🗓️You are available to attend the compulsory one-day in-person training course in October 2026
⏱️You can commit at least two hours per week to your ambassador responsibilities alongside your academic studies
⚠️Only students at universities on the official participating list are eligible — if your university is not currently listed, check back at the beginning of next year for an updated list
