🇧🇬 ESC Volunteering in Bulgaria 🌿 Gaia Volunteering Teams — Permaculture, Social Inclusion & Community Living at Synergy House in Dzhurovo 🇧🇬
Are you ready for a truly unique European Solidarity Corps experience that goes beyond ordinary volunteering? You can join the Gaia Volunteering Teams at Synergy House in Dzhurovo, Bulgaria — a community-driven project where young people from across Europe live together, work with their hands, run their own workshops and initiatives, support the local Roma community, and explore permaculture and sustainable living in the heart of Bulgarian nature. With only 15 spots available on a first-come, first-served basis, and priority given to participants with fewer opportunities, this is your chance to create real change — in the community and in yourself.

What Will You Do as a Volunteer?

💪Transform Synergy House into a fully functioning educational learning centre for youth projects and exchanges through hands-on permaculture and eco-building work
🌱Participate in workshops on permaculture, communal gardening, eco-building, and sustainable practices at the Volunteering & Retreat Centre
🤝Design and implement inclusive activities with local Roma youth and children in Dzhurovo through games, creative projects, workshops, and sports
🏔️Join weekly community activities with local residents including nature-based meditation sessions, silent hiking excursions, and support for local eco-friendly initiatives
🌍Co-create your own community — make rules together, design activities, cook and shop as a group, and build genuine relationships with people from across Europe
🎨Launch your own personal initiative — whether a DIY project, a workshop on meditation, cooking, yoga, a digital diary, or even a documentary. You are the creator of your own experience
📸Volunteers with media skills in photography, video production, or social media management are especially encouraged to apply and contribute to documenting the project
