🌱 About the Project

Immerse yourself in the beauty of Southern Italy at Fattoria L’Arca, an organic farm that promotes healthy living and sustainability. As a volunteer, you will contribute to farm life, help in maintaining green spaces, and engage in creative workshops.

💪 Your Role:

• 🌾 Farming activities: planting, harvesting, soil digging.
• 🐾 Caring for animals and maintaining their areas.
• 🌳 Cleaning and preserving green spaces.
• 🥗 Assisting in the kitchen with locally sourced ingredients.
• 🎨 Participating in creative workshops (pottery, basket weaving, “tortelli” making).
• 🌊 Engaging in outdoor activities: rafting, beach cleaning, and more!

🏠 What’s Provided?

• Pocket Money: €17/day (travel, visa, and insurance costs excluded).
• Accommodation: Shared triple rooms with an en-suite bathroom. 🛏️
• Meals: Full board (breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared by a chef). 🍝
• Working Hours: 5 days/week, 30 hours mostly in the mornings (starting at 6:00 AM).
• Vacation: 4 pre-scheduled days off.

• On-Arrival Training: First 4 days.
• Final Evaluation & Youthpass Certificate: 2 days of reflection and celebration.

👤 Participant Profile

• Aged 18–30.
• EU citizen or resident (including Italy).
• Motivated, eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to engage in physical outdoor work.
• Comfortable working in a team, flexible, and respectful of community rules.
• Open to early starts (work begins at 6 AM).
