🌍 “AI Compass” is an Erasmus+ Training Course taking place in Cantabria, Spain, designed to empower youth workers with the knowledge, skills and confidence to integrate Artificial Intelligence into youth work practice.

🧠 Over 5 intensive days, participants will explore AI concepts, ethical considerations and practical applications through non-formal learning, hands-on experimentation and collaborative design thinking methodologies.

🚀 The training focuses on empowering youth workers as changemakers, equipping them with accessible and practical AI approaches to support young people in an AI-powered world.

👥 Participants: 22 (2 per country from partner organisations)
🎂 Open to youth workers 18+ with minimum 1 year of experience

⚖ Promote ethical AI use, addressing bias, misinformation and inclusion
🛠 Encourage AI-driven initiatives with concrete project design
🤝 Foster collaboration and European networking
🌱 Ensure long-term impact beyond the training

🧩 The Four Movements Methodology

🔹 AI Tour – Foundations & Awareness
Build AI literacy through immersive scenarios and the Bridging the AI Divide card game & canvas.

🔹 AI Interaction – Engaging Responsibly
Experiment with AI interfaces, prompting techniques and ethical guardrails.

🔹 AI Workshop – Idea to Prototype
Develop Project Requirements Documents and work with formats such as Markdown, JSON, YAML, XML, HTML and PDF to create AI-powered prototypes.

🔹 AI Value – Validation & Communication
Apply value frameworks (social, environmental, economic impact, SDGs) to validate and communicate AI-driven initiatives.
