π Project Overview
This European Solidarity Corps individual volunteering opportunity takes place in Leipzig, Germany π©πͺ and focuses on social inclusion, supported employment, and everyday participation of people with intellectual disabilities.
Volunteers will support daily activities in a protected workshop environment, contributing to meaningful work processes while promoting dignity, autonomy, and inclusion. The project offers deep insight into inclusive social work practicesand everyday support structures.

π€ Support workshop activities for people with disabilities
π¦ Assist with light packaging and hands-on tasks
π§© Provide simple guidance and daily work support
π Work with different groups depending on needs and strengths
π¬ Learn inclusive communication and support methods
π€ Participant Profile
βοΈ Aged 18β30
βοΈ Strong interest in inclusion, social work, and disability support
βοΈ Open-minded, empathetic, and respectful
βοΈ Motivated to work in a team-oriented environment
βοΈ German language required (B1/B2)
β Prior experience not required β motivation and attitude are essential
