This 8-month ESC adventure is your chance to live sustainably, inspire others, and learn about eco-friendly living through hands-on experiences in gardening, youth work, and green education. Volunteers will work closely with schools, local communities, and environmental experts — proving that change starts from the roots up! 🌳✨

🌱 Your Main Activities Will Include:

  • 🌿 Environmental Education: Teach children about sustainability, nature, and eco-habits.
  • 🌾 Natural Gardening: Get involved in school gardens and promote urban green spaces.
  • 🤝 Community & Inclusion: Support local volunteers and encourage civic participation.
  • 💻 Digital Transformation: Create videos, social media content, and creative campaigns.
  • 🧩 Office & Personal Projects: Assist in administrative work and design your own initiative!

🏡 Living Conditions & Support:

  • Fully covered accommodation in a shared apartment in Zagreb.
  • Meals, local transportation, and travel costs reimbursed according to ESC rules.

🎓 Training & Learning Opportunities:
You’ll take part in:

  • 🧭 On-Arrival and Mid-Term Trainings (by the Croatian National Agency)
  • 🌼 O.A.ZA. Workshops: Natural gardening, non-formal education, and working with children.
  • 🌻 Personal Development Sessions: Learn planning, teamwork, and sustainable living.
  • 🌿 Youthpass Certification: Recognising your skills and achievements after the project.
  • 🪴 Study visits, DIY sessions, and intercultural activities with other volunteers.
