⭐ About the Project

The A4ACTION ESC Volunteering Program invites young people from across Europe to join A4ACTION – Asociatia pentru Initiative si Dezvoltare Continua in Ghermănești, Romania. Volunteers will support afterschool programs, run workshops in local schools, create digital content, and contribute to the development of the organisation’s Online Youth Center — all while experiencing authentic Romanian culture and community life. 🇷🇴✨

📌 Activity Highlights

🎨 Lead creative non-formal learning sessions (arts & crafts, outdoor games, English lessons, personal development)
🏫 Deliver workshops in local schools on culture, civic engagement, green practices, digital skills & more
🎥 Produce promotional videos and ESC visibility content
💻 Support the development of A4ACTION’s Online Youth Center

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Transport

✈️ Travel reimbursement according to ESC distance band rules
💰 Pocket money + food allowance according to ESC guidelines
🏠 Shared accommodation with other volunteers

👤 Participant Profile

A4ACTION is seeking volunteers who are:

18–30 years old
Finished secondary school or equivalent
Unemployed at the time of selection
Friendly, responsible, motivated and community-oriented
Able to lead activities and support youth engagement
Good English speakers
Nationals of EU member states
