SOLIDARITÉS INTERNATIONAL (SI), one of the world’s most respected humanitarian organisations with 40+ years of emergency and post-emergency experience, is offering a 6-month internship at its headquarters in Clichy, France.

This internship is ideal for candidates passionate about humanitarian programme qualitytechnical expertiseproject cycle management, and NGO operations.

The role is based within the Service Expertises et Qualité des Programmes (SEQP) — a key department supporting SI missions worldwide with technical guidance, quality assurance, research, strategic development, and capacity-building tools.

Allowance: 5.60 EUR/hour
Meal Tickets: 8.90 EUR/day (60% paid by SI)
Transport: 50% reimbursement
Contract: Internship agreement required


🧠 Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical/thematic research for WASH, FSL, SERA, protection, and other SEQP domains
  • Support documentation processes (translations, proofreading, formatting, internal sharing)
  • Attend SEQP bi-monthly meetings and prepare minutes
  • Assist with event organisation (logistics, coordination, reporting)
  • Contribute to SEQP newsletters for field teams
  • Support data updates for dashboards and internal indicators
  • Monitor SEQP budget lines
  • Collaborate with multiple technical units across HQ

🎓 Required Profile

  • Higher education in humanitarian project management, international relations, political science, WASH, agronomy, or related fields
  • Strong interest in humanitarian action, programme quality, and NGO operations
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English
  • Strong analytical and writing abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work autonomously
  • Knowledge of humanitarian project cycle
  • Good command of MS Office tools
