This Erasmus+ Training Course empowers youth workers to design, lead and manage strong, impactful youth projects. Through hands-on practice and intercultural collaboration, participants will improve essential skills like planning, leadership, proposal writing, fundraising, evaluation and more. โจ

- Active youth workers, educators, youth leaders or project coordinators
- Involved in youth projects (local/national/international)
- Preferably 1โ3 years experience, but motivated beginners welcome
- 18+
- Ready to join the entire activity period
- Motivated to apply learning in their organisation
