🎨 Volunteer Tasks & Responsibilities

As a volunteer, you will become part of a creative and supportive kindergarten team. Your daily activities will include:

• Assisting teachers in daily classroom activities and play sessions
• Supporting outdoor and nature-based education — helping children learn through contact with the natural environment
• Organising art, music, and creative workshops for children
• Promoting ecological awareness and sustainable living in fun, interactive ways
• Sharing your own culture, language, and traditions to encourage intercultural learning
• Helping with local community events and family days

This experience will give you hands-on insight into early childhood education, creativity, and teamwork — all within a welcoming Lithuanian community.
