Are you passionate about working with children, creativity, and nature? Join VšĮ “Domi Darželis” Kindergarten in the charming village of Antazavė, Lithuania, for a unique European Solidarity Corps (ESC) experience where play, imagination, and learning come together!
The project “Together with the Little Ones – Nature and Creativity in Early Childhood Education” invites young volunteers to support teachers in building a joyful, outdoor-oriented, and eco-conscious learning environment. Through art, music, games, and exploration, you’ll help children discover their creativity and love for nature — while gaining valuable intercultural and educational experience yourself.

🎨 Volunteer Tasks & Responsibilities
As a volunteer, you will become part of a creative and supportive kindergarten team. Your daily activities will include:
- Assisting teachers in daily classroom activities and play sessions
- Supporting outdoor and nature-based education — helping children learn through contact with the natural environment
- Organising art, music, and creative workshops for children
- Promoting ecological awareness and sustainable living in fun, interactive ways
- Sharing your own culture, language, and traditions to encourage intercultural learning
- Helping with local community events and family days
This experience will give you hands-on insight into early childhood education, creativity, and teamwork — all within a welcoming Lithuanian community.

🧠 Training & Mentorship

👥 Participant Profile
We’re looking for motivated, open-minded, and creative volunteers aged 18–30 who love spending time with children and learning by doing. You don’t need prior experience — what matters most is enthusiasm, curiosity, and a willingness to participate actively.
