💡 Project Overview
Have you ever felt stuck — unsure of what comes next in life, studies, or work? You’re not alone. Many young people experience moments of uncertainty and self-doubt. The Erasmus+ Training Course “ChoosE YoUrself” invites you to take a step forward and rediscover your direction, confidence, and purpose.
Hosted in Rimini, Italy 🇮🇹, this week-long experience gathers participants from Italy 🇮🇹, Spain 🇪🇸, and Romania 🇷🇴to explore emotional intelligence, decision-making, and personal growth through engaging non-formal education methods.
🧭 About the Training Course
This project is specifically designed for young people aged 20–25 who are not currently in education, employment, or training (NEETs) and are seeking to make meaningful life and career choices.
Through coaching-based workshops, group activities, and reflective exercises, participants will:
💡 Explore how emotions, fears, and beliefs shape their decisions
🎯 Learn practical tools like Ikigai, goal-setting, and stress management
🤝 Connect with peers from across Europe who share similar challenges
💬 Gain confidence to make choices aligned with their values and strengths
All sessions are based on non-formal education — meaning learning happens through games, teamwork, reflection, and personal discovery rather than lectures.

The seaside setting of Rimini offers a calm, inspiring environment for reflection and connection.
🛏️ Accommodation and meals are fully covered by the Erasmus+ Programme.
✈️ Travel reimbursement:
- Up to €300 for participants from Spain 🇪🇸 and Romania 🇷🇴
- Up to €50 for participants from Italy 🇮🇹
(Valid upon submission of all original travel documents.)
👥 Participant Profile
We’re looking for motivated young people who are:
✅ Aged 20–25
✅ Currently not in education, employment, or training (NEET)
✅ Residents of Italy 🇮🇹, Spain 🇪🇸, or Romania 🇷🇴
✅ Curious, open-minded, and eager to learn about themselves
✅ Able to communicate in English
No previous Erasmus+ experience is required — just motivation and honesty in sharing your journey.
