💡 Project Overview

Join a transformative Erasmus+ Training Course for youth workers, educators, and community leaders in Magdeburg, Germany 🇩🇪, and dive deep into the topic of gender equality in everyday life.

Organized by the European Youth Education Centre Magdeburg (EJBM), this programme brings together participants from Germany 🇩🇪, Greece 🇬🇷, Hungary 🇭🇺, Romania 🇷🇴, and Spain 🇪🇸 to explore how gender roles, stereotypes, and social expectations shape our communities and professional environments.

Through interactive sessions, creative workshops, and artistic expression, participants will gain new tools to foster inclusion, empathy, and equality in their youth work.

🧭 About the Training Course

This international training focuses on gender roles, inclusion, and social awareness through creativity and participation.
Participants will engage in non-formal education activities using:
🎲 Card & board games to explore stereotypes and identity
🎨 Mural painting for visual storytelling and social expression
🎬 Participatory filmmaking to promote dialogue and inclusion

You’ll learn how to challenge stereotypes, recognize inequalities, and use art and dialogue as tools for community transformation.

At the end of the training, participants will create action plans to apply their learning within their own organisations and local contexts.

👥 Participant Profile

We’re looking for:
✅ Youth workers, educators, and volunteers (18+)
✅ Residents of Germany 🇩🇪, Greece 🇬🇷, Hungary 🇭🇺, Romania 🇷🇴, or Spain 🇪🇸
✅ Interested in gender education, equality, or creative community projects
✅ Motivated to engage actively, share experiences, and learn collaboratively
✅ Able to communicate in English (basic level is sufficient)
