Communication is more than words — it’s about connection, empathy, and understanding. 🌍✨
Everyone Counts is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange that helps young people strengthen their voices, explore self-expression, and discover how to truly listen to others.
Hosted in Bodrogkeresztúr, a charming town in Hungary’s Tokaj region, this project brings together participants from seven countries to explore inclusion and diversity through creative, interactive, and fun activities.
Through teamwork, reflection, and intercultural exchange, you’ll learn how to communicate across differences, build confidence, and form lasting friendships. 🌈🤝
🏡 Location & Venue
The exchange will take place at Betlehem Evangélikus Pihenőház, surrounded by the scenic vineyards and nature of Tokaj. 🌿🍇
- Shared rooms (4–6 people), organised by gender and nationality.
- Three meals a day provided — breakfast, lunch, dinner. 🍽️
- Vegetarian and dietary needs accommodated.
- Safe and cozy environment for learning, reflection, and connection.
🧭 What You’ll Experience
Each day is designed to inspire growth, creativity, and intercultural understanding through non-formal education.

💬 Communicating Across Differences – Role-plays, creative expression, and workshops on inclusion and empathy.
🎨 Self-Expression & Confidence – Learn how to use your voice, express ideas, and connect across cultures.

No lectures. No pressure. Just real experiences, shared learning, and inspiration! 💫
👥 Participant Profile
We’re looking for enthusiastic young people aged 16–22 who want to improve communication, discover their inner voice, and build bridges across cultures.
Ideal participants are:
✅ Citizens or residents of Hungary, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovakia, Romania, Czech Republic, or Serbia 🇭🇺🇱🇹🇵🇹🇸🇰🇷🇴🇨🇿🇷🇸
✅ Open-minded and motivated to learn through creativity and teamwork
✅ Committed to attending all sessions
✅ Interested in inclusion, empathy, and intercultural communication
✅ Willing to share what they learn with others after the exchange
No previous Erasmus+ experience required — just bring curiosity and enthusiasm! 🌟
