🌍 About the Project

This project focuses on using sports as a social bridge — connecting people, promoting inclusion, and encouraging healthy lifestyles through teamwork and physical activity.

As a volunteer, you’ll contribute to:
⚽ Organising local and international sports events and tournaments
🏀 Supporting daily activities like football, basketball, volleyball, swimming, and tennis
🎨 Engaging in creative and cultural workshops for young people
💬 Participating in language exchanges and Erasmus+ presentations
🌍 Promoting intercultural dialogue and active participation in the community

The project empowers both local youth and volunteers to lead active, connected, and healthy lives while fostering European solidarity.

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Transport

🏠 Accommodation arranged by the hosting organisation in shared flats.
🍽️ Monthly pocket money and food allowance paid in euros.
🚍 Local transportation costs covered when required (e.g., metro cards or tickets).
🧾 Travel expenses reimbursed in full compliance with ESC 2025 financial rules upon submission of all original documents.

🎓 Training & Mentorship

Volunteers will take part in structured non-formal learning activities including:
🎯 Sports training & outdoor education with local youth
🗣️ Turkish and foreign language lessons
📱 Social media management and creative content support
🎓 Erasmus+ and ESC presentations, workshops & intercultural events
📅 Weekly planning, reflection & evaluation with mentors and staff

These sessions aim to develop personal, social, and professional skills, supporting the ESC objectives of inclusion and active citizenship.

👥 Participant Profile

We’re looking for motivated and open-minded young people (18–30) who are:

✅ Responsible, adaptable, and proactive
✅ Excited to contribute to community development through sport
✅ Willing to join a multicultural environment and share their energy and ideas
