🌍 About the Project

Join Asociación Coraje Malagón, a dynamic non-profit organisation in Spain, and make a real difference in the lives of people with disabilities and their families! Since 1999, Coraje has been building a community of inclusion, empowerment, and joy.

As a volunteer, you’ll be part of a passionate team working to promote disability awareness and social inclusion. You will:
🤝 Support local activities that empower people with disabilities
🎭 Organise creative and leisure workshops that inspire engagement
💼 Assist in work inclusion and community projects
💬 Raise awareness about accessibility, diversity, and inclusion
🎉 Participate in cultural and community events that bring people together

This is more than volunteering — it’s a life-changing experience that helps you grow personally while making a visible impact on the local community.

🏡 Accommodation, Food & Transport

🏠 Shared flat with a fellow volunteer – private room, shared kitchen, two bathrooms, and a large living room.
💰 Monthly allowance provided to comfortably cover food and personal expenses.
✈️ Travel to and from Malagón is covered.
🌍 Join a lively international environment with around 10 other volunteers from different associations.

🎓 Training & Mentorship

📚 Weekly Spanish language lessons and access to online learning tools.
🎓 Gain skills in social, communication, and digital work.
🌱 Receive mentorship and a Youthpass certificate at the end of the project.

👥 Participant Profile

We’re looking for motivated and compassionate young people (18–30 years old) who are:
✅ Fluent or advanced in Spanish (required)
✅ Positive, committed, and open-minded
✅ Interested in social inclusion, youth work, or disability support
✅ Experienced in volunteering or eager to learn through practice
✅ Ready to engage with local communities and share new ideas
