What You Will Do
This professional development opportunity will empower you to become an agent of change by leveraging youth work. You will:
- Strengthen Advocacy Skills! 📣 Develop technical and interpersonal competencies to confront gender rhetoric and systemic disparities.
- Master Digital Action! 💡 Explore the GAMMA+ model and create effective digital counter-narrative campaigns against online hate speech.
- Engage Policy Dialogue! 🤝 Amplify the voices of young activists to encourage meaningful dialogue with policymakers.
- Exchange Best Practices! 🌐 Facilitate the exchange of support mechanisms for vulnerable youth experiencing gender-based discrimination.
- Build Networks! 🔗 Establish durable, cross-regional partnerships among youth-led organizations in the MENA and EU regions.
Participant Profile
This project is for 29 participants who are:
- Youth workers, Trainers, Youth leaders, or Youth researchers.
- Motivated to tackle gender inequality and hate speech.
- Residents of one of the participating countries.
- Able to work fluently in English (working language).
Who Can Apply?
This project is open to participants from:
- 🇪🇬 Egypt, 🇮🇹 Italy, 🇯🇴 Jordan, 🇲🇦 Morocco, 🇳🇱 Netherlands, 🇵🇱 Poland, 🇸🇰 Slovak Republic, 🇸🇪 Sweden, 🇹🇳 Tunisia, 🇹🇷 Türkiye.
What We Offer
This project is fully funded by the Erasmus+ program.
- Participation Fee: 💰 There is no participation fee!
- Accommodation & Food: 🏡🍽️ Fully covered for the duration of the training.
- Travel Costs: ✈️ Your travel costs will be reimbursed up to a limit of 395 EUR for all involved countries.
