What You Will Do
This training course will equip you with the skills to use board games as powerful educational tools. You will:
- Learn innovative methods for integrating board games into youth work.
- Develop teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills through play.
- Contribute to a practical handbook with game scenarios and methods for youth workers.
- Participate in the major "AleGramy" Board Games Festival in Gdańsk.
- Network with fellow youth workers from around Europe.
Participant Profile
This project is for youth workers, educators, NGO staff, teachers, and young leaders who are:
- Eager to learn how to use games for education and inclusion.
- Open to innovation and ready to share ideas internationally.
- Motivated to bring new methods to their communities.
- A resident of one of the participating countries: 🇵🇱 Poland, 🇹🇷 Turkey, 🇮🇹 Italy, 🇧🇬 Bulgaria.
- Age: 18+
