The DAAD Postgraduate Studies in the Field of Architecture Scholarship offers fully funded opportunities for international students to pursue a Master’s/postgraduate degree or a complementary project-based course in Germany 🇩🇪.

This scholarship supports design/project-based programs only and is valid for 10 to 24 months, depending on your chosen study path.

👤 Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Be of foreign nationality (not German citizens) 🌍
  • Hold a first degree in a relevant field (Architecture, Interior Design, Urban Planning, etc.) 🎓
  • Have graduated within the last 6 years
  • Not have resided in Germany longer than 15 months at the deadline
  • Demonstrate language ability required by their chosen university (or show ability to achieve it by program start)
