🎯 Eligibility criteria (Who can apply?)
Open to highly motivated young people (aged 18–30) with strong communication skills, a basic knowledge of intercultural learning, volunteerism, and training practices. Prior experience in youth work or training is a plus, but not required. Adaptability and teamwork are essential.

🧪 Responsibilities / tasks

• Deliver training sessions and study events (in-person and online)
• Support exchange programs and volunteer camps
• Assist in coordination and administration at the AFS Poland office
• Promote intercultural understanding and active citizenship
• Occasionally travel for camps and workshops
