🤝 About the Project: Step By Step Türkiye invites dynamic and creative volunteers for an unforgettable experience. Young people from Europe will come together, fostering the idea of European and Global citizenship. The project aims to unite European and local youth, focusing on those with fewer opportunities. Volunteers will contribute to the development of social, cultural, and employability skills, enhancing their personal growth.

🏡 Accommodation, Food, and Transport:

• Provided by Tokat Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports.
• Single bedrooms with fully equipped kitchen, toilet, and laundry machine.

🎓 Training:

• Linguistic support provided online or in-person for up to 30 hours.
• Support is initial to help with integration into the local community and project activities.

👤 Participant Profile:

• Dynamic, creative, sociable, patient, and goal-oriented.
• Motivated, willing to learn, able to work in a team, sociable, flexible, and creative.
• Open to different cultures with interesting and unique ideas.
