📝 What You’ll Do

• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Youth Support & Social Integration: Assist educators in daily care—cooking, cleaning & upholding house rules
• 🚀 Autonomy Coaching: Guide minors to access social-health services and develop life skills
• 🎨 Workshops & Activities: Organize creative sessions, orientation programs & job-placement support
• 🤝 Relationship Building: Create an environment of trust, respect and shared responsibility

• Duration: 36 weeks ✨
• Working Hours: 7 hrs/day, 5 days/wk (including shift weekends & holidays, with compensatory rest) ⏰
• Pocket Money & Food: Monthly allowance for food & personal expenses 💶
• Transport: Public-transport pass for city travel 🚍
• Accommodation: Single room (when available) in shared flat with international volunteers—use of kitchen, bathroom & common areas 🏠

  • On-arrival & Mid-term: In-depth sessions on refugee integration, conflict mediation & participative tools 🎓
  • Language Support: EU-funded OLS + internal Italian courses & help finding local classes 🗣️
