๐ŸŽฏ About the Project:
โ€œCenter and Flowโ€ is a transformative training course designed for youth workers, educators, and mental health facilitators. Based on the ancient Five Elements System from Taoist philosophy, this program promotes balance, personal well-being, and resilience through Qi Gong, mindfulness, and psychoeducation. ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ’ง๐ŸŒช๏ธ

๐Ÿ•๏ธ Where Youโ€™ll Stay:
The training takes place in The Three Treasures Valley, a Taoist-inspired retreat center with shared rooms, vegetarian meals, a private lake, and limited mobile/internet service โ€” perfect for disconnecting to reconnect. ๐ŸŒณ๐Ÿก

  • Enhance your own mental and emotional well-being ๐Ÿง˜
  • Apply ancient Eastern techniques in modern youth work ๐Ÿˆถ
