Join EJBM and its European partner network to exchange ideas, explore approaches to human rights and democracy education, and develop future Erasmus+ projects. Organisations new to our network are particularly welcome!
Building New Partnerships for International Youth Work
Are you looking for new international partners to develop meaningful youth projects? Are you interested in human rights education, democratic participation and European values?
The European Youth Education Centre Magdeburg (EJBM) invites youth organisations, educational institutions and civil society actors from across Europe to join our international Partnership Building Activity in Magdeburg, Germany.
We particularly encourage organisations that have not previously cooperated with EJBM to apply. The meeting offers an opportunity to become part of an established European network, meet experienced partner organisations and explore possibilities for long-term cooperation.
What to Expect
The activity brings together existing EJBM partners and organisations interested in joining our network. Through interactive workshops, discussions and collaborative sessions, participants will have the opportunity to:
Build connections: Get to know organisations from different European countries, exchange perspectives and identify shared interests. Share experiences and practices: Explore educational approaches to human rights, democratic participation and European values. Develop common quality standards: Discuss what makes international youth projects meaningful, inclusive and effective, from preparation and implementation to evaluation and follow-up. Create future opportunities: Develop ideas for joint activities, youth exchanges and training projects, particularly within the Erasmus+ programme.
Looking Ahead to 2027
Alongside reflecting on experiences and lessons learned from previous cooperation, the meeting will focus on developing new partnerships and planning future international activities.
Our aim is not only to exchange ideas, but to lay the groundwork for concrete cooperation beyond the meeting itself.
Who Should Apply?
We welcome representatives of organisations active in youth work, non-formal education, human rights education, civic education and related fields.
Previous cooperation with EJBM is not required. We especially welcome organisations interested in establishing new partnerships, contributing their own experiences and perspectives, and actively shaping future European youth projects.
Join us in Magdeburg to connect, collaborate and turn shared values into action!
