Youth Works Hub has rounded up 11 fully funded Erasmus+ training courses and e-learning opportunities for youth workers in 2026 and 2027, with application deadlines between 8 November 2026 and 4 February 2027. The batch includes six training courses, three online e-learning events, two study visits, one conference and forum and one partnership-building activity, organised in Spain, Estonia, Finland, Tรผrkiye, Hungary, Poland, the Netherlands, Italy, France and Slovenia. Our guide to what an Erasmus+ training course is explains the main format.
The profiles and the country lists differ from call to call. The Finland rural youth work call lists 250 countries, while the Tleล course in Poland lists seven and the Breลพice course in Slovenia 13, and several calls name specific profiles such as young sports educators, professionals who work with young parents or youth policy makers. Our overview of eligible countries for Erasmus+ and ESC explains the general country rules.
The topics range from AI and digital pedagogy to environmental education, neurodiversity, sport and gender equality, rural youth work, young parents and circus pedagogy, and two of the calls are study visits in Finland. Our guide to what a study visit is explains this format.
Each call has its own angle:
๐ธ๐ฎ Slovenia: a training course in Breลพice introduces circus and theatre as practical tools for youth work, and no previous circus or theatre experience is required.
๐ต๐ฑ Poland: Tleล hosts a seven-day course where youth workers design, prototype and test educational games on environmental issues.
๐ช๐ธ Spain: Llinars del Vallรจs hosts a course on using sport as a tool for social inclusion, with a focus on gender equality.
๐ณ๐ฑ Netherlands: an online event on neurodiversity explores more inclusive educational practices in youth work across Europe.
๐ซ๐ท France: Marseille hosts a course on power and decision making inside youth organisations, built around a collective coordination model inspired by sociocratic principles.
๐ช๐ช Estonia: an online challenge helps participants write a real KA2 small-scale partnership application on youth participation.
๐น๐ท Tรผrkiye: Antalya hosts a conference and forum on digital pedagogy, hands-on AI tools and the ethics of AI in non-formal education and youth employment.
Erasmus+ covers travel and stay for the in-person activities in this batch, and the three e-learning events run online. According to Youth Works Hub's review, the Breลพice call in Slovenia states its travel reimbursement amounts, from 28 EUR for Slovenia to 309 EUR for Spain, France, Italy, Poland, Germany, Portugal, Czechia and Tรผrkiye, with higher amounts for green travel. The same call states that there is no participation fee and that food and accommodation are provided by the hosting organisation.
