4 Fully Funded Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges in Spain, Romania and Georgia, Deadlines to 25 October 2026

Posted 8 October 2026

Youth Works Hub has found 4 fully funded Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges for autumn 2026 in 3 countries: Spain, Romania and Georgia. Each exchange brings young people from a small group of partner countries together for one to two weeks of non-formal learning on peacebuilding, sustainability, art and inclusion, or career planning. Two exchanges are open as soon as possible, and the last call closes on 25 October 2026. If the format is new to you, our guide to what a Youth Exchange is explains how it works, and 5 things you will experience in a Youth Exchange shows what the days feel like.

Each call has its own angle:

๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ Spain: Make Your Own in Benicร ssim asks participants to create and facilitate their own workshops on environmental sustainability.

๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡ด Romania: NextGen Peacebuilders in Predeal works on democracy, human rights, mediation and conflict prevention.

๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ Spain: Art Connects Us in Barcelona asks one question, "Can art change the world?", and ends with a public exhibition.

๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ช Georgia: My Career = My Future in Bakuriani helps young leaders build a career plan, stay motivated and learn digital tools.

Taken together, the batch suits young people who want to take an active role rather than just attend, since every exchange asks participants to lead sessions, create artworks or run a follow-up activity at home. Each call is open only to applicants from its partner countries, so check the eligibility line first. Our guide to what costs Erasmus+ covers explains the funding rules for youth activities.

Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges cover travel and stay, which is why every exchange in this batch is listed as fully funded. According to Youth Works Hub's review, none of the 4 listings mentions a participation fee, while the exchanges in Romania and Georgia state that travel and health insurance are the participant's own responsibility. Two calls are open as soon as possible, Barcelona closes on 17 October and Bakuriani on 25 October 2026.
