9 Fully Funded Erasmus+ Opportunities Closing 11 to 21 October 2026 in Poland, Austria, Bulgaria and 5 More Countries

Posted 6 October 2026

Youth Works Hub brings together 9 fully funded Erasmus+ opportunities for 2026 closing between 11 and 21 October, in Austria, Bulgaria, Finland, France, Moldova, Poland, Romania and Spain. The batch holds five Erasmus+ training courses, two partnership-building activities and two online events, so it speaks mainly to youth workers, youth leaders, project managers and NGO representatives who want new skills or new partners. Three calls close on 20 October 2026, the busiest date in the batch. If the format is new to you, our guide to what an Erasmus+ Training Course is explains who can join, and activities like these belong to the Erasmus+ mobility of youth workers strand.

Each call has its own angle:

๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡น Austria: a Project Lab in Vienna helps organisations turn a first idea into an inclusive Erasmus+ or ESC project with Deaf and hard of hearing young people.

๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ฌ Bulgaria: a training course in Bansko asks where artificial intelligence adds real educational value in youth work, and where it does not.

๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฑ Poland: the European Network for Mental Health of Youth meets in Warsaw to share good practices and build partnerships around young people's well-being.

๐Ÿ‡ซ๐Ÿ‡ท France: a one-hour online webinar launches the Consent Toolkit, a collection of more than 15 practical tools on consent, relationships and prevention.

๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡ฉ Moldova: an advocacy and lobbying course running from November 2026 to April 2027 combines four online workshops with a residential seminar in Chisinau.

๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฑ Poland: Partners Up! in Zebrzydowice gets organisations to build consortia and work on concrete concepts for KA210 and KA220 projects.

๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡ด Romania: a course in Izvoare tests tasks with and without AI to help youth workers understand what technology does to their own attention.

๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ Spain: YOU4YOU5 in Vic shows people who discovered Erasmus+ KA1 how a Youth Exchange goes from an idea to a real Erasmus+ project.

Taken together, the batch suits youth workers and organisation staff who want to design, fund or partner on international projects, alongside two courses focused on how technology and AI shape youth work. Each listing below shows the deadline, location, profile, dates and costs, so you can check your eligibility before clicking through. Before you apply, our guide to what costs Erasmus+ covers breaks down the funding rules for youth activities.

Erasmus+ projects cover travel and stay, which is why every opportunity in this batch is listed as fully funded. According to Youth Works Hub's review, seven calls state that there is no participation fee. The Project Lab in Austria and the advocacy course in Moldova are financed by the participating National Agencies, and their participation fee varies from country to country. The batch opens with the Project Lab in Austria on 11 October and closes with the training course in Spain on 21 October 2026.

๐Ÿ“… Deadline: 11 October 2026

๐Ÿ“ Vienna, Austria ยท ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Youth workers, youth leaders, youth project managers ยท โณ 3 to 7 February 2027 ยท ๐Ÿ’ถ Fee varies by country

This Project Lab in Vienna, Austria, is for people who have a first idea for a youth project and want Erasmus+ or European Solidarity Corps funding, with support to develop the idea, choose the right funding format (youth exchange, participation project, youth workers mobility and others) and meaningfully involve Deaf or hard of hearing people. It is designed for organisations that support or work directly with Deaf and hard of hearing young people, work on international youth work and volunteering, and want to know how to apply for funding for Youth Exchanges, Youth Workers Mobilities, Youth Participation Activities or Solidarity Projects; public and private organisations that want to explore accessible and inclusive opportunities in Erasmus+ Youth, Sport and the European Solidarity Corps are also welcome. Participants discuss and begin shaping ideas for inclusive projects that support Deaf and hard of hearing youth in international volunteering or youth work, discover successful practices, discuss common challenges and find practical solutions to improve accessibility, share their work and explore ideas for collaboration, and learn how Erasmus+ and the ESC can support their ideas, address challenges such as communication barriers and fund individual requirements, accessibility and support measures.

The working languages are International Sign and English, with captioning provided, and participants with individual accessibility needs may attend with an accompanying person. The Project Lab is open to individuals and organisations from and for Deaf and hard of hearing persons working or looking to start working with Erasmus+ projects, to youth workers who work with young people on a regular basis in an organisation or an informal group, and to representatives of other public or non-public organisations interested in inclusive international youth work with Deaf and hard of hearing young people. The person taking part should be responsible for the application and/or implementation of the project in their organisation. A maximum of 25 participants can join, with full commitment to the event required. Arrival is on 3 February 2027 at 19:00 CEST and departure on 7 February 2027 after breakfast, with an onboarding session for newcomers on Zoom on 28 January from 16:00 to 17:30; anyone who needs individual support to attend can mention it in the application.

The event is organised by OeAD within the Strategic Partnership for Inclusion, a coordinated approach of 21 Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps National Agencies and the SALTO Inclusion & Diversity Resource Centre. The project is financed by the participating National Agencies, and the participation fee varies from country to country, applying only to selected participants, so contact your National Agency or SALTO to learn the fee for your country. The participating National Agencies organise accommodation in single rooms and cover accommodation and food from dinner on 3 February to breakfast on 7 February 2027; for travel, contact your National Agency or SALTO to find out whether they support your travel costs. The deadline is 11 October 2026 (24h UTC), selection is on 2 November 2026, and participants are entitled to a Youthpass certificate. 34 countries can apply.

2. ๐Ÿ‡ง๐Ÿ‡ฌ Erasmus+ Training Course in Bulgaria ๐Ÿค– Digital Content and Artificial Intelligence in Youth Work ๐Ÿ’ก

๐Ÿ“… Deadline: 16 October 2026

๐Ÿ“ Bansko, Bulgaria ยท ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Aged over 18, youth workers, youth project managers, youth coaches ยท โณ 26 November to 2 December 2026 ยท ๐Ÿ’ถ No participation fee

This training course in Bansko, Bulgaria, creates a space to explore the opportunities offered by digital content, artificial intelligence and automation in youth work and non-formal education. Through practical activities, participants explore two perspectives: how AI can support learning, and how it can help youth workers create and adapt content, plan activities, manage administrative tasks, and monitor and evaluate learning. Throughout the course, one central question stays on the table: where does AI add real educational value, and where does it not?

The course also opens a discussion of ethical concerns, data protection and GDPR, bias, authenticity, over-reliance on technology and the digital divide, and participants put their learning into practice by building a learning programme step by step with the support of AI, from objectives and activities through to evaluation. By the end, participants will be able to identify digital content, AI and automation tools relevant to youth work and non-formal education, and use AI to support activity planning, administrative work, and monitoring and evaluation. The course is for people aged over 18 who are youth workers representing an NGO active in Erasmus+ or the European Solidarity Corps, youth project managers or youth coaches, fluent in English, able to share the results on social media and through their work, and open-minded, motivated and ready to share experience and good energy.

The organiser is Asociatia Nationala de Dezvoltare Continua a Tineretului din Romania, the course has 30 places and selection is on 17 October 2026. There is no participation fee, and the hosting organisation provides accommodation at Hotel Royal Apartment in Bansko, in rooms of 2 to 4 participants, with meals and coffee breaks on an all-inclusive basis. Travel is reimbursed according to Erasmus+ rules, based on real costs and up to the budget limit: 285 EUR for green travel or 211 EUR otherwise for 100 to 499 km, 417 or 309 EUR for 500 to 1999 km, and 535 or 395 EUR for 2000 to 2999 km. 3. ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฑ Erasmus+ Training Course in Poland ๐Ÿง  Youth Mental Health Network and Partnership Building ๐Ÿค

๐Ÿ“… Deadline: 18 October 2026

๐Ÿ“ Warsaw, Poland ยท ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Aged 18+, youth workers and NGO representatives ยท โณ 21 to 29 November 2026 ยท ๐Ÿ’ถ Free of charge

The Q Zmianom Association invites youth workers and NGO representatives to the European Network for Mental Health of Youth, a partnership-building activity in Warsaw, Poland, from 21 to 29 November 2026. Young people's mental health and well-being are becoming increasingly urgent challenges across Europe, and many organisations already respond through youth work, education, community initiatives and international projects; the meeting brings these experiences together so participants can learn from one another and explore what they can create through European cooperation. During seven days of educational activities, participants meet inspiring organisations and potential international partners, exchange methods, experiences and good practices, discover local youth work and mental health initiatives in Warsaw, discuss the challenges affecting young people, explore self-care, nature-based regeneration and burnout prevention, learn about funding opportunities including the Erasmus+ Programme, develop concrete ideas for future international projects and become part of a growing European network for young people's well-being.

The programme combines workshops, study visits, networking sessions, outdoor activities, an interactive city game and project development in international teams. Participants must be aged 18 or above, work with or for young people in an NGO based in an EU Member State or a third country associated with the Erasmus+ Programme, be interested in young people's well-being, development and mental health, want to exchange good practices and build long-term international partnerships, hold a decision-making role in their organisation or be able to actively contribute to new projects, communicate in English in an international working environment, and be motivated to get involved in the network. Your organisation does not need to specialise in mental health or provide direct psychological support, previous Erasmus+ experience is not required, and up to three participants from each organisation are welcome, for 25 places in total. Participants stay in a comfortable, accessible hostel next to Warsaw's Old Town, with activities in different locations around the city, usually between 10:00 and 18:00. The network was created as an online space for exchanging knowledge, opportunities and partnership proposals, and this meeting brings it into the same room to strengthen relationships and turn shared ideas into action.

Participation is free of charge thanks to co-funding from Erasmus+: accommodation in shared rooms, working materials, local transport and all meals except one dinner, which participants arrange and pay for themselves, are covered, and travel is reimbursed after the meeting up to the Erasmus+ distance-band limit on submission of invoices, tickets and boarding passes. The organisers ask applicants to read the full Infopack before applying; applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so they encourage applying as early as possible. Selection is on 21 October 2026, and participants are entitled to a Youthpass certificate. 54 countries can apply.

7. ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ฑ Erasmus+ Training Course in Poland ๐Ÿงฉ Building Consortia for European Cooperation Projects ๐Ÿ“

๐Ÿ“… Deadline: 20 October 2026

๐Ÿ“ Zebrzydowice, Poland ยท ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Project coordinators, project managers, NGO leaders ยท โณ 9 to 16 December 2026 ยท ๐Ÿ’ถ No fee

Partners Up! is a partnership-building activity in Zebrzydowice, Poland, for representatives of European organisations that are ready to actively develop, write and submit new international cooperation projects. With a particular focus on Erasmus+ Small-scale Partnerships (KA210), Cooperation Partnerships (KA220) and other relevant European funding opportunities, it is designed as a practical working space where organisations can find the right partners, build project consortia and turn shared ideas into concrete project concepts.

The organisers plan to bring together 25 participants representing around 20 European organisations, creating a diverse pool of organisational experience, expertise, target groups and project ideas. Participants present their organisations and their potential for international cooperation, identify common needs and interests, form project consortia and work together on the framework of future European projects, and each participant works on at least two different project concepts within international consortia. The work covers the needs and challenges to address, target groups, project objectives, the partnership and consortium, the roles and contributions of partner organisations, key activities and working methods, expected results and impact, sustainability and follow-up, and the next steps towards development and submission. The aim is not necessarily to complete an application during the activity, but to leave with a clear project framework, a strong consortium and a concrete project concept to develop further towards submission.

Partners Up! particularly welcomes project coordinators, project managers, project developers, NGO leaders and other representatives with the mandate and organisational capacity to start new international cooperation, and priority goes to participants and organisations ready to take a leading role in project development and act as applicant or coordinator for future KA210, KA220 or other European cooperation projects. Participants are welcome to bring their own project ideas, needs or topics, while staying open to contributing their expertise to concepts initiated by other organisations, so that organisations leave with new international partners, experience of working within different potential consortia, concrete project concepts and clear next steps. In the organisers' words, Partners Up! is about moving from "we should do something together" to "this is what we want to create, these are the partners, and this is how we move forward."

The organiser is Fundacja Europejski Instytut Outsourcingu, and selection is on 25 October 2026. There is no fee, accommodation and meals are fully covered, and travel in line with the green travel policy is reimbursed up to these maximums: 56 EUR for 10 to 99 km (green travel only), 285 EUR for green travel or 211 EUR for non-green travel in justified cases for 100 to 499 km, 417 or 309 EUR for 500 to 1999 km, and 535 or 395 EUR for 2000 to 2999 km. Participants are entitled to a Youthpass certificate. 34 countries can apply.

8. ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡ด Erasmus+ Training Course in Romania ๐Ÿง  Attention Digital Habits and Intentional Youth Work ๐Ÿ“ต

๐Ÿ“… Deadline: 20 October 2026

๐Ÿ“ Izvoare, Harghita, Romania ยท ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, youth project managers ยท โณ 30 October to 7 November 2026 ยท ๐Ÿ’ถ No participation fee

This training course in Izvoare, Harghita, Romania, aims to help youth workers understand how using AI affects their own attention, critical thinking, confidence and decision-making, and to facilitate activities that help young people stay attentive and make intentional choices about technology. It grows out of the first year of the organisers' accreditation, "The Outdoor Youth Work", which used outdoor spaces for non-formal learning and still met the same obstacle, attention; in discussions with partners during 2026, youth workers named three difficulties: agreeing on phone use without conflict, bringing a distracted group back to an activity, and responding when young people rely on AI for advice. The organisers cite WHO/HBSC (2024) data showing problematic social media use among adolescents rising from 7% in 2018 to 11% in 2022 across 44 countries, and Eurostat (2026) data showing that 63.8% of 16 to 24 year olds in the EU used generative AI tools in 2025.

AI gives rapid responses and can support learning, but it may also encourage distraction, reliance on quick answers or less independent thinking; because these effects differ between people and tasks, youth workers observe them in themselves first, with the outdoors as a deliberate low-tech contrast away from notifications and feeds. The course is for 20 youth workers, from volunteers to aspiring and active practitioners, and aims to raise their self-awareness of how AI affects them, strengthen their competence to facilitate inclusive, well-debriefed activities on attention and to decide whether AI serves an activity's learning purpose, and build the capacity of partner organisations through the "Off Autopilot" toolkit of five activities, validated with local youth groups in every partner organisation within twelve weeks after the training. Days 1 and 2 focus on awareness, with team building, a negotiated phone agreement, Youthpass, self-assessment on the ETS competence model, outdoor attention exercises, a first pair of tasks without and with AI, and the start of an observation log. On Day 3 participants repeat paired tasks from their real work, such as planning a session or advising a young person, first alone and then with AI, checking AI answers against reliable sources and recording what changed in their attention, thinking, confidence and decisions; Day 4 brings a negotiated offline period in nature, with exceptions for accessibility and care duties, after which the group compares logs on when AI helped, when it got in the way, and for whom. On Day 5, in four groups of five over two sessions, each participant has a 20-minute slot for a six-minute activity, a short debrief, feedback and a repeated segment, with peers observing every slot and each participant assessed once by a trainer. Days 6 and 7 are an innovation camp where five mixed teams each design an activity on phone agreements, reconnecting a distracted group, attentive listening, questioning AI advice or deciding when technology helps, test it with another team and revise it, while trainers coach participants who did not yet meet the Day 5 criteria; Day 7 closes with final revisions, allocating local pilots and evaluation.

The target is that all 20 participants show these competences in the observation log and the observed facilitation, and the "Off Autopilot" toolkit offers five ready-to-use activities with clear instructions and reflection questions that help young people notice what distracts them, listen to each other, question AI answers and decide for themselves when technology is useful. Within eight weeks, participants coordinate a local pilot in each partner organisation and report back; the toolkit is revised from these reports and the final version is published within twelve weeks through the partners' network, national networks and the SALTO-YOUTH Toolbox, with a short online partner survey after six months. The organiser is Asociatia Clubul Sportiv ARAO, and selection is on 21 October 2026. There is no participation fee, accommodation and food are fully covered by the project, funded by Erasmus+, and the organisation buys tickets for all participants, so nobody has to pay upfront or wait for reimbursement, prioritising greener options such as trains and buses. Participants receive Youthpass certificates reflecting the ETS competence areas. 34 countries can apply.

9. ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ Erasmus+ Training Course in Spain ๐ŸŒ Designing and Managing Youth Exchange Projects ๐Ÿ“‹

๐Ÿ“… Deadline: 21 October 2026

๐Ÿ“ Vic, Barcelona, Spain ยท ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, youth project managers ยท โณ 25 November to 3 December 2026 ยท ๐Ÿ’ถ No participation fee

"Youth Exchanges for Youth 5" (YOU4YOU5), organised by Youth BCN in Vic, Barcelona, Spain, is the fifth edition of a training course for people who discovered Erasmus+ KA1 and started wondering, "What if I could create this experience for young people?" Taking part in a Youth Exchange or Training Course may have changed something in you, giving you new perspectives, new friendships, or simply the thought "I want to do more than participate", and YOU4YOU5 is about taking that next step. The training explores how a Youth Exchange goes from an idea to a real Erasmus+ project: identifying needs, setting objectives, designing meaningful learning experiences, creating impact, communicating, evaluating and managing a KA152-YOU project. It is recommended for youth workers, trainers, youth leaders, youth project managers, youth policy makers, youth coaches and youth researchers, with 30 places, English as the working language and selection on 25 October 2026.

There is no participation fee, and board and lodging are covered during the project, including breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch and dinner, while extra expenses such as accommodation or food on extra days are paid by participants. Travel is reimbursed in euro according to Erasmus+ rules once original tickets, receipts, invoices or boarding passes are presented and the dissemination points are completed, and reimbursement goes to each sending organisation or one representative per country. Participants are entitled to a Youthpass certificate. 34 countries can apply.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to pay a fee to join these Erasmus+ training courses and partnership activities?

Seven of the nine calls state that there is no participation fee. The Project Lab for Deaf and hard of hearing youth work in Austria and the advocacy and lobbying course in Moldova are financed by the participating National Agencies, and their participation fee varies from country to country, so your National Agency or SALTO can tell you the amount for your country. Our guide to how National Agencies run Erasmus+ and ESC explains who to contact in your country.

Who can apply for these Erasmus+ opportunities in Poland, Austria and Bulgaria?

Most calls are aimed at youth workers, youth leaders, project managers and organisation representatives, and some set narrower profiles. The advocacy course in Moldova asks for personal coordination of at least 3 youth projects since 2020, the Project Lab in Austria is for people and organisations from and for Deaf and hard of hearing persons and youth workers, and the online partner matching lab in Finland is not suitable for formal education staff. The consent webinar in France is open to 250 countries, the courses in Bulgaria and Moldova and the lab in Finland to 55, the mental health network in Warsaw to 54, and the calls in Austria, Romania, Zebrzydowice and Spain to 34. Our guide on who can apply for Erasmus+ and ESC covers ages and roles across the programmes.

Which of these Erasmus+ deadlines closes first?

The Project Lab in Austria closes first, on 11 October 2026 (24h UTC). The digital content and AI course in Bulgaria follows on 16 October, the mental health network in Warsaw and the partner matching lab in Finland on 18 October, and the consent webinar in France on 19 October. The courses in Moldova and Romania and Partners Up! in Zebrzydowice close on 20 October, and the youth exchange course in Spain closes last, on 21 October 2026. The step-by-step guide to applying helps you prepare in time.

Looked at by theme, the batch falls into three clear groups. Project building and partnerships run through the Project Lab in Austria, the partner matching lab in Finland, Partners Up! in Poland and YOU4YOU5 in Spain. Technology and AI shape the courses in Bulgaria and Romania, which look at what AI does to content, planning and attention in youth work. Well-being, rights and policy come together in the mental health network in Warsaw, the consent webinar in France and the advocacy course in Moldova.
