Description

- Work with Children (Ages 4–7): Carrying out educational games, art, music, crafts, language, and social skills activities in nurseries and kindergartens.

- Work with Schools and Youth (Ages 14–18): Supporting team sports, physical activities, recreational games, and sports workshops for high school students in cooperation with local schools.

- Cultural and Social Activities: Preparing local cultural projects, promoting the volunteer's native culture, organizing language workshops, and contributing to workshops on human rights and European identity.

- Association Activities: Participating in office work and general operations conducted by the GAP Youth Association

Accommodation, food and transport arrangements

A 4-room apartment located on the 4th floor of a 7-story building in Şanlıurfa city center. Rooms are shared by 2 people and equipped with basic necessities such as a bed, study desk, and wardrobe. The accommodation is within walking distance of shopping and work areas, features a fully equipped kitchen, and offers a shared living room, balcony, bathroom, central heating, and Wi-Fi.

Participant profile

A highly motivated young participant aged 18–30 seeking to volunteer within the framework of the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) to support their personal, educational, and professional development. They should be eager to engage with different cultures, interested in working with children and youth, adaptable, and enthusiastic about contributing to social activities.
